Moroccan Rug Sizes: A Room-by-Room Guide
From runners beside the bed to generous living formats: measure furniture first, then leave 12–18 inches of floor border for balance and vacuuming.

Living rooms: choose a size that unifies all front legs of seating on the rug, or a smaller accent that floats entirely within the coffee table zone.
Dining: the rug should extend at least 24 inches beyond chair legs when guests are seated — movement without catching chair casters.
Bedrooms: a runner pair flanking the bed, or one large piece under the lower two-thirds of the bed, keeps morning footsteps soft and frames the room.
